I work with people who hold a lot. Founders, partners, MDs, senior leaders. People whose calendars run them, whose teams depend on them, whose families depend on them, and whose own bodies have been sending up flares for a while now.

I do this work because I have run on too little sleep for years at a time. I have been the person other people leaned on, and the person who fell apart when no one was looking. Then I got ill. Seriously ill. The kind of illness that stops you in your tracks and forces you to look at the way you have been living. I came through it. The way I came through it changed how I think about health, recovery, and the people I now work with.

"You do not get to keep ignoring your body forever. The question is whether you listen to it now, or after it makes you."

Why burnout, specifically

Because it is what I see, again and again, in the people who come to me. High-functioning, capable, mostly successful. And running out of road in a way they have not told anyone yet.

Burnout in founders and senior leaders is rarely the dramatic version people imagine. It is not collapse. It is the slow erosion of sleep, of energy, of patience, of pleasure in things that used to feel easy. It is the third coffee, the second glass of wine, the seventh time you have promised yourself you will sort this out next month. And it is fixable. Not with a sabbatical. With honest work, done weekly, with someone who knows what they are looking at.

How I work

One to one. Online. In English or German. I draw from positive psychology, integrative health coaching, and twenty-five years in corporate life. I know the rooms you work in and the cost of being in them. I am not a clinician. If something a client raises needs a doctor, a therapist, a physio, or a nutritionist, I say so, and I refer.

The other work I do

Alongside the burnout work, I support people through cancer treatment and the long recovery that follows. You can come to me directly. No referral needed. I also work in clinical collaboration with Dr Waleed Mohammed, Consultant Clinical Oncologist at Oncogenix Care in London, who specialises in lung cancer, mesothelioma, brain and spinal tumours, thymic tumours, and secondary cancers. Some people come through him. It is honest, demanding, and deeply meaningful work. If this is what you need, there is a dedicated page here.

If any of this sounds useful, the first call costs nothing.

Credentials matter, but they are not the work. The work is what happens in the room between two people who are both fully present. The credentials are there because they should be. They are not why people come back.

Continuous training is part of the practice. I am currently deepening my work in cancer recovery and integrative oncology coaching, on top of the specialism that already underpins the Oncogenix Care collaboration.

If you are here, you might be one of them.

Founders & operators

Building something that depends on you turning up sharp. Sleeping badly, deciding fast, and wondering if you can keep doing this for another five years.

Senior leaders & partners

You have arrived at a level where the cost of being there has stopped being theoretical. The people around you trust you to be the steady one. You are not as steady as you used to be.

The ones holding it together

Work, family, ageing parents, your own body. You have been doing it for years and have not asked anyone to help. This might be the year to.

Call me. I am here for you.

The first call is thirty minutes, online, and costs you nothing. We talk, I listen, and together we work out whether this is the right fit.
