I work with founders and senior leaders moving through burnout. Alongside the burnout work, I also support people through cancer treatment and recovery, in clinical collaboration with Oncogenix Care in London.
Everything you share with me is held in confidence. Sessions are private, notes are kept securely, and nothing leaves the room without your explicit consent. This applies whether you are working with me on burnout, on cancer recovery, or on anything in between.

For cancer recovery clients: I collaborate with the oncologist at Oncogenix Care. Even so, no information from our sessions is shared with him, or with any other clinician in your network, unless you ask me to share it. The collaboration exists for your benefit, not for information-sharing.
For burnout clients: nothing from our sessions is shared with employers, partners, family members, or anyone else in your life. Even when someone close to you is also a client of mine, the work is held entirely separately.
The only exception is the duty of care that all health coaches share. If I had reasonable cause to believe a client was at serious risk of harm to themselves or someone else, I would have a professional obligation to act. In practice this is rare, it is something we would talk about directly, and it is the standard professional position for any responsible practitioner.
