You run the company. You make the calls. You hold the line for everyone else. On the outside, it looks like it always has. Inside, something has been giving way for a while now.
You do not need a sabbatical. You do not have to work this out alone. I have been there myself, and it is why I do this work.
"If you want to know the road ahead, ask those coming back."
Chinese Proverb
You used to bounce back from a hard week. Now a weekend off does not touch it. You sleep, but you do not rest. You have the third coffee before you have noticed the second. The team needs decisions. Your inbox does not stop. You are coping. You are not well.
You have tried the obvious things. A holiday that wore off in three days. A wellness app you stopped opening. A book about boundaries on your bedside table. You read the same page three nights in a row before you give up. Nothing has held. And you are worried about your own body in a way you have not told anyone yet.
You do not have to take six months off to put this right. You have to look at what is going on, honestly, with someone who knows what they are looking at.
"I am not here to tell you what to do. I am here to help you find what you already know." Stephanie vom Hagen
Most people who reach out are already doing a lot. They have read the books. They have tried the apps. What they have not had is someone who looks at the whole picture and asks them the right questions about it.
Therapy looks backwards to work out where you came from. Doctors look at the body when something breaks. I look at the whole picture, between those two, where most burnout lives.
I do not give you a programme. I do not give you a worksheet. I work with the life you have. Sleep. Energy. Food. Alcohol. The conversations at home that have not happened yet. The decisions you are taking in three minutes instead of thirty. The decisions you have been putting off for three months. Both are the same problem, and we work on what is behind it.
I draw from positive psychology, integrative health coaching, and twenty-five years in corporate life. I know the rooms you work in and the cost of being in them. I am not a clinician. If something a client raises needs a doctor, a therapist, a physio, or a nutritionist, I say so, and I refer.
I am Stephanie. I work with founders, partners, MDs, and senior leaders who have arrived at the point where the way they have been living is no longer working. People who hold a lot, who are good at what they do, and who are running out of road.
I have been through burnout, through serious illness, and through the slow work of putting a life back together afterwards. So when you tell me how you feel, I am not reading from a manual.
I live for this work. The exhaustion that does not lift after a weekend off. The body sending signals you do not have time to listen to. The slow erosion of feeling like yourself. That is why I do what I do, and it is why I am direct in the room.
I am your guide by your side. I walk with you, not in front of you. And I believe you already have what you need. My job is to help you find it.

Simple, clear, personal. No jargon. No surprises.
Thirty minutes, online, no pressure. We talk, I listen, and together we work out whether this is the right fit. No obligation beyond the conversation.
Not a programme. Not a worksheet. We look at where you are, where you want to go, and the specific things in your week that need to shift first.
Regular sessions, honest conversations, and steady support between them. Someone in your corner who knows the terrain and gives you their full attention.
People come to me tired in a way they cannot fix on their own. Six months in, the work that gets done is rarely the work they thought they were coming for. It is quieter, and it is bigger.
Sleep that holds. Decisions made in the right amount of time, not the wrong amount. A body that stops sending up flares. Honesty with the people who matter, and with yourself. The clarity to know what you want, not just what you are good at.
Energy back. Edge back. And the steadiness that the people around you noticed was missing before you did.
"Hand on heart, I thought coaching was something other people did. I came to Stephanie because my wife told me to. Six months in, I sleep, I do not drink on weekdays, and the company I run is in better shape because I am. She asks the right questions and the rest follows."
"What works is that she sees the whole picture. My GP saw bloods. My personal trainer saw squat numbers. My wife saw the husband who came home shattered. Stephanie was the first to look at all of it at once and ask the right things. Worth every minute."
"Two executive coaches before her. Both useful at the time but neither got close to what was going on, which was that I was running on empty and could not see it. Stephanie did and I came out of it clearer about what I want next, sharper about how I spend my week, and more like myself than I have been in years."
